It's fall, weather is getting cooler and the family is staying indoors more.
This little project is fun and easy, the kiddies will love doing this and eating it afterwards too. This recipe makes 25 individual cups, but it can make one 9 inch pie as well.
Pumpkin Pie in a Bag
2 2/3 c. Milk
2 pigs (4 serving size) instant vanilla pudding mix
1 can pureed pumpkin
1 tsp. Ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. Ginger
Graham cracker crumbs
1 can whipped topping
Combine milk and instant pudding in a one gallon zip freezer bag. Remove the air from the bag and seal it. Squeeze and knead with hands until the mixture is blended, about one minute. Add the pumpkin, cinnamon and ginger. Remove the air and seal it. Squeeze and knead with hands until blended, about 2 minutes.
Place 1/2 tablespoon of graham cracker crumbs in the bottom of the small cups. Cut corner of the freezer bag and squeeze pie filling into the cups. Garnish with the whipped topping. Provide spoons. Enjoy!
