Who Wants A Slice?

When grilling comes to mind, we all think of beef or pork ribs, chicken or burgers and steaks. But why stop there, why not grill desserts too?

I have always enjoyed, large slices of watermelon, soaked in balsamic vinegar and then placed on the grill just long enough to mark each side.

Another favorite of mine, is a slab of pound cake. Grilled just enough to get those marks, then topped with any kind of topping you like. So, the next time you are grilling, go for the gusto and do it all. Happy grilling and have a safe summer.
