A New Cheesecake For My Cheesecake Factory

This is a very versatile recipe, for you can simply substitute other soda pop if you do not want to use Coca Cola.
Coca Cola Cheesecake

Crust:
1 ½ c. graham cracker crumbs
2 tbsp. granulated sugar
3 tbsp. margarine or butter, melted
Filling:
24 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. Coca Cola
½ tsp. lemon peel, grated
1 tsp. vanilla extract
4 large eggs
Preheat oven to 350.
Crust: Stir together graham cracker crumbs and sugar. Mix in butter thoroughly and press into a 9-inch springform pan. Bake 10 minutes. Cool.

Reduce oven temperature to 300.
Filling: Beat cream cheese in a large mixing bowl. Gradually add Coca Cola beating until fluffy. Add lemon peel and vanilla extract. Beat in eggs one at a time. Pour into shell. Bake 1 hour or until center is firm.
Put in the Refrigerator for about 60 minutes and take it out of the refrigerator. Then go ahead and enjoy it!
