My Cheesecake Factory (From My Laboratory)

Here are just a few of the Cheesecakes that has come out of my laboratory (My Kitchen). Enjoy the delightful Food Porn.

This one is called Semik. It is a Polish Cheesecake, made with cottage cheese. Originally it calls for Quark cheese, but I am unable to find it around here in York, Nebraska.

This is a Japanese Green Tea. This was the first Green tea cheesecake for me. Thought it was going to be hard, but it was easier than I originally thought.

Here is a Mocha latte cheesecake.

This one is a Bailey's Cheesecake, made with Baileys cream.

I made here is called a Root Beer Float Cheesecake. Yes, you can taste the root beer.

This is a Banana Rum cheesecake, very delish.

This one here, is a Butter Rum Cheesecake. Had to use up the rum somehow. I used spiced rum for both the Banana and Butter Rum cheesecakes.

All time favorite. Caramel Apple Cheesecake.

This is my Peanut Butter with a Jelly swirled into it. Made this a few months back.

Japanese Cotton Cheesecake. The lightest and fluffiest Cheesecake ever!

Margarita anyone? Really easy and very delicious.

Mint Chocolate Chip Cheesecake.

Here is a Peach Cheesecake. A summertime favorite.

Peanut Butter and Jelly mini cheesecakes.

Another summertime favorite, a slice of Pink Lemonade Cheesecake.

A earlier Pink Lemonade Cheesecake. Made it too light and not enough lemon.

A slice of a Red Velvet Cheesecake. A nice treat for Christmas.

 Another summertime favorite. Blueberry Cheesecake.

 Something that I tried only once so far. A Candied Kumquat Cheesecake. Wasn't too crazy about the fruit.

 This is a Jewish Cheesecake, called a Covered Cheesecake. It has a cheesecake filling between 2 layers of spongecake.

This is my most unusual cheesecake ever upon request. This is called a Ube Cheesecake.

Quark cheese *used* to be available from the Shadowbrook Farm people at Denton. Kevin's wife (whose name escapes me at the moment, sorry) started a little cheese shop, and she demo-ed quark at the Sunday farmer's market on 56th & Old Cheney a couple of years ago.
