A Recipe That Needs A Name

This is a spicy chicken believed to be from Southern India. It's very simple to make. The flavors of spices, ginger and garlic will burst in your mouth. I'm sure you will love it. So here goes.

1 lb. chicken, boneless
3 tsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. red chili powder
1 c. plain yogurt
1 tsp. Garlic paste
1 tsp. ginger paste
1/2 tsp. garam masala
Oil for frying
Salt to taste
Green chilies for garnish

Cut chicken into bite-size cubes. Mix all the ingredients except the green chilies and oil. Apply this to the chicken and leave it overnight in a sealed container in the fridge. Deep fry the chicken once marinated. Serve hot with fried green chilies and lemon wedges.
