Chicken Lemonada

As you can probably tell from most of my blogs, I like chicken. But I also like to try and come up with many ways of preparing the old bird, so that it never it never gets dull.

1 c. butter
2 c. cream
2 c. white wine
2 c. Italian cheese blend
1 lb. fettuccine
2 c. Italian salad dressing
4 chicken breasts
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 lemons

Put the chicken in a zip lock bag with the dressing and marinate for at least 2 hours (overnight is best). Cook pasta. Melt butter over medium-low heat, add cream and wine, stir and slowly add cheese to melt. Add lemon juice after cheese is melted.
Grill or pan-fry chicken. Spoon sauce over chicken and pasta, garnish with lemon slices.
